3:30 – 4:00 PM – Check-In & Welcome – Arrive early to grab your gift bag, connect with fellow guests, and enjoy a relaxed start before the main event begins.
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Private VIP Bourbon Tasting – Sip and savor exclusive whiskey pours, courtesy of Union Horse Distillery.
5:00 – 6:30 PM – Silent Auction, Charity Raffle & Giveaway – Amazing prizes. Even better cause. 100% of proceeds support the Base Academy of Music.
6:00 – 7:30 PM – Triple B Dinner Experience – Dig into Kansas City’s finest BBQ, enjoy live music, great conversation, and curated selections of beer and bourbon.
